I wrote my fourth book which I caled "The Shortest But Most Effective Book To Improve Customer Experience Delivery" and it is a boiled down remedy to apply good management principles. The perspective I take is that all levels of the organization must be in alignment when it comes to service delivery.
I could have written 250 pages but to be successful it would boil down to the few pages I have published in this new book. It is available on Amazon in both print and Kindle editions.
